Static-Conductive Channel Tubing
Control static charges without the risk of wires embedded in the tubing wall which can contaminate your product.  Make cut-to-length static-conductive sleeves quickly and easily. FDA-acceptable inside and outside product contact surfaces.

Unique static-conductive layer is an integral component of the tubing wall circumference. Any electrical charge that builds-up in the tube is readily dissipated to the internal conductive layer where it is discharged via the grounding connections inserted in the conductive channel.  Simply push a metal clip into each end and connect to metal spouting.

Static-conductive channel is located under the branding strip on the outside of the tubing.  25 psi pressure rated flexible tubing. 1/8” thick, white FDA-acceptable rubber tube and grey FDA cover. Static conductive layer offers surface resistance of <.01 megOhms.
