Employee Spotlight: Brian Madden Jr.

November 4, 2025

Brian Madden Jr. joined Siftex in September 2024, stepping into the manufacturing industry for the first time after previously working as a cashier at Cinnabon in the Buckland Hills Mall. With just over a year of industry experience under his belt, Brian has already become a key member of the team, bringing a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and growing expertise in warehouse operations.

Current Role at Siftex: Warehouse Shipping Assistant

As a Warehouse Shipping Assistant, Brian plays a vital role in preparing orders for shipment. His day-to-day responsibilities include picking orders from the system, packaging them with care, and working closely with his supervisor to ensure every order leaves the facility on time. Whether it’s wrapping and strapping pallets or assisting with warehouse organization, Brian is always ready to help.

In addition to his core duties in shipping, Brian has been cross-trained in both the sewing and production departments, which is a testament to his flexibility and reliability. When extra hands are needed across the company, he’s often the first person called upon.

A Standout Project

One of Brian’s proudest accomplishments at Siftex was mastering the process of creating steel rings used in sewn connectors. What began as a frustrating challenge turned into a major milestone in his development. Despite months of difficulty, Brian remained determined. With guidance from his team, he learned how to properly use the machinery, refine his technique, and consistently produce rings that meet Siftex’s high standards. That moment, he says, was a turning point, one that built his confidence and showcased his commitment to growth.

Skills and Values

Brian describes himself in three words: hardworking, quiet, and honest. These values show up every day in how he approaches his role. He takes pride in pushing himself to do a little better each day, not just for personal growth, but as a way to set an example for his younger brothers about the value of hard work. While he prefers to let his actions speak louder than his words, his honesty and dependability make him a trusted team member.

Looking Ahead

Currently certified with an OSHA card from his high school manufacturing class, Brian hopes to continue building his qualifications and expanding his skill set. He’s passionate about learning new techniques, often turning to TikTok and YouTube to explore manufacturing tips and business insights. His long-term goals at Siftex include becoming the head of shipping or, at the very least, being known as someone the team can always rely on to get the job done right.

Brian’s journey is just beginning, but his dedication and attitude make a big impact. He’s a great example of how commitment to learning and teamwork can drive personal and professional growth, qualities the Siftex team welcomes with open arms.
