  • Is the material FDA-approved?

    No — and for this application, it doesn't need to be. Catch cloths hang beneath the conveyor to collect falling debris for disposal; they are not a food-contact surface in your process. Our team is happy to walk through this with your QA department.

  • What lengths are available?

    Catch Cloths are custom-made to fit your conveyor system. Typical widths range from approximately 12" to 60". For straight sections, we generally recommend lengths of 10–12 feet or less to make installation, handling, cleaning, and future replacement easier and more economical. Longer and /or wider sections can be manufactured when required or requested.


    We also manufacture custom curved sections, funnels, boxes, and zippered configurations for more complex conveyor layouts.

  • How do I measure for a catch cloth?

    We provide simple fill-out sketch forms for each shape. One key detail: plan for approximately 2 inches of sag so the cloth hangs and collects properly. Our team reviews every form before production.

  • What grommet spacing do you use?

    12" and 24" spacing are standard, and we can customize spacing to match your existing hanging hardware.

  • Can you label cloths by conveyor location?

    Yes. We can add your conveyor location (like "L1 Roll Line") beneath the part number on the tag, so replacements go to the right spot every time.

  • Do you install catch cloths?

    We manufacture; our reseller partners handle measurement and installation. If you need on-site service, we'll connect you with a trusted installer in your area.

  • How often do catch cloths need replacement?

    With our 18 oz VCP material, customers typically see 5+ years of service before replacement.
