There's nothing like stepping away from the workday to celebrate the people who make it all happen. This summer, the Siftex team swapped the shop floor for the shade trees of Veteran's Memorial Park in South Windsor, CT for our annual company picnic — an afternoon of good food, cold treats, and well-earned recognition.

Held on Thursday, June 2nd from 12–4 p.m. , the day gave our team a chance to relax, connect, and simply enjoy each other's company.

Great connectors start with great people. During the picnic, several team members were recognized for outstanding achievement and rewarded with a well-deserved day to themselves. Celebrating our team is something we do year-round — from honoring our 2025 Employees of the Year to building a cross-trained team ready for anything.

Great Food, Cold Ice Cream, and a Hot Day

It was a hot one — but that only made the ice cream taste better. The team enjoyed authentic, freshly made food and plenty of time to unwind together. The event was organized by General Manager Katty Garcia, with a big assist from the wider Siftex team.
